The apartments are all two-room and three-room apartments with living room with kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and verandas, with surfaces ranging from 25 to 45 square meters, equipped with all modern comforts (LED TV and air conditioning in every room, safe, WIFI internet, centralized heating, etc.), complete with furniture for what concerns the kitchen (fridge, convection oven, dishes, glasses, pots, cups, etc.) and for what concerns the bathroom linen and bed linen with mid-week change.

In the common outdoor area there is a swimming pool, a temperature-controlled hot tub. A small garden and a reading corner complete the outdoor area. Parking is subject to charge upon reservation and subject to availability and availability.
